Cleaning staff are very unprofessional and don't respect social distancing in the studio. They come right where you set up to train and start sweeping around your face while you're lying on the floor. Or 4 of them will clean the same spot on the mirror in front of you.

They also brush the algae off the swimming pool edges while people are swimming and the floor inside the swimming pool is extremely dirty. Full of algae, coins and chewing gum.

Exorbitant prices not worth the service rendered. Extremely old machinery which are not maintained. Staff have a tendency to make the lives of members unnecessary more difficult. Outdated club style for the time we live in. Generally needs a very good upgrade and cleanup.

Martin is a super staff member an asset to virgin active. He is passionate about what he does and about his customers. He made the induction process smooth sailing and is always willing to help. Even after I contemplated cancelling my membership he still handle me with the greatest professionalism.

Machines closed to social distancing, those not closed dont have cables. Spinning bikes foot peg straps either not there or broken. Would rather recommend Just gym across the road.

Undoubtedly the best gym in the City of Rustenburg. From great staff to we'll maintained and looked after equipment. This gym is always clean and tidy. Space is used well and setup is great. Equipment could be updated though.

The internal service is very good but I have two issues that I dislike intensely.
1. Some people use/hog two items of equipment at a time by leaving towels or similar items on them thus stopping other individuals from using one or the other.
2. The parking of vehicles outside the front entrance in the road blocking the way and causing huge inconvenience to other people trying to negotiate the parking area.

Both the above are extreme selfish of the people/drivers concerned and I feel that management should try and do something about it.
