Went downhill the last 6 months, aircon not working for the last three weeks, they are “attending to the problem”. How can they attend to the problem for 3 weeks and its still not working. Also seems the rules don’t apply e.g 30min rule per machine, no flip flops etc.

Same as others. FI's on the floor don't always correct people who have no clue what they are doing. It's a gym and for those who need the help I would love for FI's to pay more attention to them. I feel for those who are newbies in a gym however it is a very clean virgin active which is good and friendly front of house staff are present and attentive.

Aircon has been down in midsummer for what seems like forever. Have to drive 10kms to Northridge Virgin and then find out im not allowed to gym there because im not a member. Male bathroom is more of a brag show with certain members strutting their stuff around without towels. Absolute disgusting as another male having to walk in there and be confronted smackbang in your face, being too disgusted to wash your hands at the washbasin because of the closeness of another naked fat guy trying invain too lose weight using the washbasin to shave or God knows what else . . . then going to the toilet, the latter so soiled that you would loose your lunch on the spot. They should be lucky that I gave 1 star as it wont allow me to rate it less.

This gym has a certain unique vibe that one can't describe. You need to experience it. Unpretentious people from all races who are like family with each other. Excellent personal trainers.
