I have been training here for over a month now and been at the Gateway Virgin active for more than 10 years and this new gym comes no where close to the size and the amount of equipment. Best to train at Gateway or La Lucia.

Sicelo is amazing! She was encouraging everyone during their workouts and joining in with some people! She made exercising fun, just as it should be! She instantly made me smile with het infectious smile!

Wow to the set up, showers, cleanliness, friendliness.
What I didn't see was anyone in the floor check if anyone needed help.

What a pleasure to enter such a clean, neat and well layed out gym. The staff were friendly and very helpful. After training we met with an assistant who helped us with an eating plan. All the machines are clean and well maintained. There's enough lockers for your gym bags, showers and toilets available . There are various spaces where you can fill up clean drinking water. There are child care facilities available . A wheel chair accessible lift available and a Kauai Cafe with plenty healthy treats to snack on. There are computers available for use. Swimming pool and oh so much more. Definitely worth the sign up !

Awesome new gym with great equipment. The reason for not getting 5 stars? While the rest of the gym has a great layout, the weight training area is very cramped.
