Can get busy and people don't exactly like to pack weights away or clean equipment after use. A very good gym but the people can have more consideration for one another

The gym is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need. Unfortunately, it is a bit on the small side, it doesn't have a sauna and the WiFi isn't configured to work with your MyVirginActive credentials (yet.)

I have trained in a lot of gyms over the years and know what levels and quality of service from your gym means but virgin active Amanzimtoti takes the cake, it is by far the most pathetic and disgusting excuse for a gym! It should not even be aloud to run for another day further! Everyday there is pieces of used tissue paper lying on the floor and no one picks it up. The weights are always scattered around, there are never weights available because the gym is overpopulated, I understand you want to make money but then get more equipment. The cables have no G clamp to hook onto, their are never staff on the floor to assist! The air con is now not working, is this a gym? Where is the board of inspectors? I'm embarrassed to say I train there but for the money we pay this is not service delivery!

Always enjoyable when i go here. Sometimes it is busy which can be expected when you go during busy times . Facilities are good with upgrades happening every so often to the equipment.

In comparison to other virgin actives in the area, this is your low budget equipment virgin active. Unfortunately the equipment is substandard, and if anything, the pool is the only real attraction here.

Gym membership prices go up but equipment stays the same. Gym is very small and it gets extremely cramped in peak times. I understand its peak time but you can hardly walk around and you wait 15 mins for one piece of equipment. Otherwise in the morning its pleasant.

Except for the swimming pool,the large studio and the generous cool air from the airconditioning there is not much else to look foward to. The equipment is so outdated and shabby,its embarrassing.

Friendly staff, however equipment are dated, when I say dated I mean ancient. I've trained at gyms in PE and JHB, and other gyms in DBN, and you can't really compare Toti Virgin Active to those gyms. Apart from the Virgin Active signage and the re arranging of the equipment, it would pass for the old health and racquet branded gym.
