Pet friendly until you paid in full then when you get there you must pay extra for a small dog in cash after your E F T so i had to go and draw cash as they won't take another EFT its not about the money it's about the principal. Then there were no coffee, the shower were dirty with sharp edges around drainpipe, lots of mildew look at photo's, no toilet holder broken bedstand knop of and sharp screw sticking out etcetera!!!!!They won't see me again

We needed a one night stay to meet a colleague and found this place on Safarinow. It was reasonably priced and as we had stayed at another facility close by, it was convenient. When we arrived, another guest had arrived before us and he had called the overseer who came after about ten minutes. Thereafter it was quick to book in.

It needs a bit of maintenance as my wife nearly fell going to the deck which had some loose boards. The taps in the bathroom move and the fan made a horrendous noise every time one went to the bathroom. Some tiles were broken, but other than that, the bedding was clean and nice smelling.

It had the necessary self-catering equipment viz microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. so we could get prepare breakfast for the kids. For the price, good to use.

Wifi needed a pass and the persons looking after the place just came to open so did not worry about that.

Gorgeous setting. But poor service from hosts.

Room wasn't ready on arrival; waited 30 minutes for unapologetic hosts to arrive after we arrived, despite being informed of our arrival ahead of time; wifi stopped working without explanation; outside light, by braai, didn't work. Won't go back there.

It is a great place to relax, and the view is very nice!! The villa was neat and tidy and Louise went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. The villa is situated in a quiet area, close enough to the shops and the beach. We loved the bird life are Villa Chante. Thanks again for a memorable stay!!!!.

Thank you for a most enjoyable weekend at your facility. Everything was beautiful, neat and the kind of accommodation you appreciate on a weekend away! The host lady was superb, helpful and most friendly. She went out of her way to make everything comfortable for our stay. We will definitely recommend these apartments to friends & family back home.
