  The workshop sucks, its full of empty promises that they fail to fulfil. I'm not taking my car there again for service nor repairs. They charge ridiculous prices for a poor service.

  I can not start to descripe the service experience that I had with Ford and Mazda Vereeniging. At first the salesman Corrie phoned me and congratulate me saying that my deal as been approved. He then arranged for my towbar to be fitted and promised me that I can take delivery the Friday then the Saturday, when I went to the dealer on Monday I was told that the deal was not right I then still did the deal with them more promises and lies from Corrie and the dealer principal, Rori. Corrie promised me that a module will be fitted and when it came to the push for fitting I found out that he lied again. A disaster. Albert Coetzee.

  To bad i cant give minus stars. Sitting with an issue were i took my bakkie that i bought used in cape town, in for service at Menlyn Ford (45000km) . and the dealership contacted me and advised that the VIN number is saying that the bakkie has recently been services at Ford Vereeniging for 90 000km. so looks like they are claiming services on incorrect VIN numbers. very dodgy and unprofesional

  Had a question for installation after about a month they did not get back to me and when I phone again and requested to speak to someone that can assist me I spoke to a Manager that lied about that they can not do it and he shouted at me and treated me with very little respect. I know he lied because I had it done at another ford shop.
