  Pathetic store. I purchased a vape penn plus which worked for a week and is now auto firing. I asked them to sort it out and they refused because on the slip that they gave me says vape penn 22 yet they sold me a vape penn plus

  Pathetic Service. I was at the store and requested to try out eliquids before purchasing, on my 3rd request I was told to pay for a test which I did. The owner advised that only regulars can test for free. The service was poor. So I went to Sir Vape where I tested over 20 juices for free and received excellent service spending over R4000-00 on eliquids. Would not recommend Vape Pulse@DownTown Vapoury.

  Hi Naeem.From reading your review i highly doubt the legitimacy of it.We have over 100 bottles of E liquids open for everybody to try and have never ever refused anyone.Even if you are not a customer of ours everybody comes in and the juices are free to try at our expense.
  
  Unless you have been coming in regularly and attempting to fill your tank for free then it might be justifiable.
  
  We will also not accommodate abusing resources that we provide for free.
  
  We have no policy of regulars and neither myself nor my staff would have said that and i can vouch for them.If you look at our reviews on every platform every review is a five star review thats because we pride ourself on customer service.
  
  Your story is a blatant lie and we do not appreciate false reviews.
  
  We suggest you continue shopping at Sir Vape and we will make sure to inform them of your modus operandi.

  To correct myself it was not the owner that assisted me but I was assisted by a white guy.
  My statement about the said incident is legitimate, I will bring a witness the next time I am in Durban and this review is not false, I do not appreciate you calling me a liar. I was on holiday and no I do not like free stuff hence I paid for a tester. I was served in a very poor manner, and I don’t appreciate that. Surely you have five-star reviews and you will also receive negative reviews. It is how you deal with the negative reviews that can make your business a success.
  Your response clearly indicates that you do not need anyone’s business, instead of correcting the matter you claim it is a false review and this is a story and also suggesting that I continue to shop at Sir Vape is telling me **** you, we do not need your business.
  Modus operandi has many meanings, please be specific.
  I will continue shopping at Sir Vape as they have service excellence.
