They quoted for work not needed without properly checking the machine. Nothing was opened. Lady was very snotty when asked to have the machine properly checked.

Absolutely horrendous experience. DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING IN FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS even under warranty. Only good reviews these bunch of thieves get are people mistaking them for LATEGAN & VAN BILJOENS next door.

They stock all appliance spares at great prices. Very busy so be prepared to wait. Line does move fast though.

There is always a little bit of a wait to get served in the spares que. But it is worth the wait. Friendly staff that gives one the feeling that they really want to help you. And they know what they are talking about. This is hands down. The best place in Pretoria to get appliance spares.
