Joke of an institution. One of the lowest ranked in the country for a reason. Disgustingly poor admin. Randomly decided to have 1 exam sitting in stead of 2 so you have half a chance of completing your qualification. Will accuse you of plagiarism with no proof or explanation. Run away. Do not ruin your life

Went to pick up my degree. I expected a very long wait, but it was all so well organized and covid friendly. Thank you for organizing the pick-ups so well.

Went to pick up my Cetificate. They were organised, had relevant lines (to wait in) and took half an hour to complete. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all good experience.

Well organized place. There were no worse at all people were just at work. The centre is big and very nice. I like th environment and the view from the WMM hall towards the mountain. The view is just magnificent.

Collected my degree from graduation department. Was quick. People were very helpful and friendly. Especially the guys at reception. I was impressed.

Well my wife had to use crutches due to a accident she had at clicks but we had to go as my son was graduating the help we received from the staff in helping my wife with her crutches was beyond description they could not do enough for her if only more shops and public places would take Unisa as a example on how to treat differently ablled people maybe Unisa should start a course on how to best help people with disability once more thank you Unisa for your help eish you the best

Second time today I went to Rustenburg Unisa to get a student card and was told there is a meeting and I cant be helped. The first time sometime last month (didnt note the date) , was told that they were short staffed on tht day and I was turned back. So frutsrating. Poor service

My registration is still pending, AFTER PAYMENT! No one answers the phone. It's been a month. They don't have the capacity to accommodate all their students. Disappointed UNISA! You're a ghost institution.

Unisa is a mega university with 350 000+ students, local and international. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Absolutely useless! It is termed distance learning but there no replies to emails and calls are never answered! Paid fees but I'm still not registered, student enquiries do not care about addressing important queries as such. Who do we contact in such situations? I have tried branches in three provinces just to get an answer but to no avail!! Extremely frustrating!

I have tried calling every number on your site and none of them work. They either go dead straight away or I hold on for 20mins without getting put through to some. Absolutely shocking service from an institution this size!!

One of the best institutions providing good quality education indifinite of family background. Staff memebers assistance is perfect. The achitectural structure of the building in pretoria unisa campus muckleneuk it is wonderful. The institution has its ups and downs e.g. late study material delivery, etc.but my experience with such an institution has been wonderful.

how do we get in touch with unisa if you not answering any number and others numbers are non existent on a current web page. Mara who can hear our complains? this is poor horrible frustrating service, you email and dololo no reply mara why Unisa. then out source your public and communication services to another company because clearly you paying these student advisors for nothing. this is highly unacceptable am highly annoyed at this institution, its 2017 not 1017 answer ours damn calls. what could possible go wrong? than why bother offer distance learning if you cant use the communicating tool properly and being transparent? #UNISA MUST ANSWER OUR CALLS AND EMAILS. You deserve -5 stars.

Everybody complaining about their service, but I want to comment on the building.really an impressive piece of architecture. Amazing to just walk around the place and admire the uniqueness and massive scale of the buildings.

It is really annoying how no one ever seems to pick up the phone on any of the given numbers on the web page. How are we supposed to get distance advise and relevant information with regards to registering or submitting applications??. I am really not impressed. For a "world class institution" your communication methods are pathetic.
