Has always been helped and treated fast and professional. Excellent doctors and well trained nurses and staff.

I had a great exptrience at Mediclinic Tzaneen. I was adtmitted on the 30/10/17 and sister Abrinah mabitsela made me feel like i was at home not a hospital. She speaks so well and explains everything she does before doing. She also informed me about the time she will be with me, then someone will take over from her. I felt like ROYALTY. Then again there was sister E Wagenar, my word! She is the oldest sister there and she is so perfect with patiants. She loves what she is doing and good at it.
My overall stay there was amazing until i was discharged on the 3/11/17.

On woman's day service absolutely disgusting! Waited 4 hours to see a Dr as he was to busy chatting and wasting time there, child with a 38.7° fever and my sister in law sick with bronchitis forced to wait!

Need to go for a eye operation on 25 April was advised to do a PRE Admission so everything will be in order - did that on 12 April - confirmed on Friday 22 April and we're told to be here 06h00 - Left Phalaborwa 04h30 to be in time for 06h00 - What a surprise arriving here 05h50 only to be told THAT THERE IS NO BED AVAILABLE and we need to sit and wait - What made the whole situation even worse is the attitude of staff who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO try and resolve THEIR POOR MANAGEMENT

Had a small emergency and went to casualty at TZANEEN Medi clinic. Thanks to the wonderful male nurse on duty in casualty named Prince Joseph. Friendly, comforting, and very good at his job. Well done to this wonderful man. Thanks a million! Also thanks to Dr Visser!
