Such a lovely picnic spot. Definitely the best place for their homemade game pies. I make a stop here everytime I'm in the Kruger National Park for their pies. I'm a fan of the Kudu pie.

A great place to stop after hours in the car! Toilets are clean. The resaurant has some interesting items on the menu. Watch out for the birds, monkeys and baboonsThey'll all happily steal from your plate 😄
The outdoor tables and chairs could do with a bit of care

Nice place to stretch after a long travel. Rest rooms are clean and tidy. There is a great little place to order food but beware of the critters in the area who are enthusiastic to take your meal from you.

Awesome site. Very clean and tidy. Super friendly staff and excellent food. Probably the best game pies I have ever tasted. Not a bad cup of coffee too. Would definitely visit again

Asfal, take note, this is how a Picnic Site should be run. Great food, well cooked, tea made with fresh milk and fantastic carrot cake. The gift shop is well-stocked and the staff very friendly. We made a detour to stop for brunch on the way back down.

Great spot to stop and fill up on fresh pies with a variety of meat filling and other freshly prepared foods. Watch out for monkeys and dont feed them.

Lunch Area without fence. The Menu is small and the prices is a little bit high. Is better to carry your own stuff for braai (barbecue). In any case is amazing atmosphere. No mobile reception.

The buffalo pie and cappuccino are delicious! Enjoy in a well decorated, clean outdoor eating area. A cute shop for snacks and curious. Ample parking and clean (also well decorated!) restrooms. A welcome stop midway between Satara and Skukuza

Very nice stop over. The food is really nice. They have done up the Resturant and shop really well. Overall a good experience. Just watch out for the vervet monkey as they are very sneaky and will steal food off your plate!!

The best picnic spot in Kruger. Especially since the upgrade. You can get the best Kudu sausage roll here.

Great place to take a break from driving in the park.
Bring your own gas braai or rent a gas braai and pan to prepare your own picnic out in the open.
Remember this area is not fenced of and form part of the Kruger Park. Animals can pass through at any time! What a great setting.
It is also possible to order food. Definitely try the kudu wors and pap! It is to die for.
    Nice little shop available.
    Clean toilet facilities available.
