its a pity that their excellent service was negated by the rude & arrogant manner in which one of your office staff, Corrie, addressed me on the telephone when I called to inform you that I was about to make an EFT payment, but because I bank with a different bank to yours, the payment would take 48 hours to show on your statement. She did not even bother asking me whether I was satisfied with the service & the product for which I had paid a deposit more than was required and for which I had to wait 2 months for delivery. I was prepared to wait this long after parting with R8,465, but she was not prepared to wait 48 hours for payment; this after I indicated you would be informed via SMS immediately of payment. Will I do business with Trendy Wendy again or refer others? Not as long as the previously mentioned unpleasant member of your staff is there!
