The mall is OK but the gate is too small, during paydays you will find lots of people pushing each other through the gate. Some people want to go in and some want to go out at the same time. I would suggest that they improve the situation because I won't go there on the end of the month.

The mall is good but with a shortage of banks. Catering mostly the villages around should have long hours which they don't. Cash build is also included in the mall which makes the place environmental harzard as cement dust is all over the place. Four way stop next to the mall needs a robot and the entrance to the mall also to minimize accident in the area.

Management must do something about those who park on the drive way, i.e parking in front of Galito's. Drivers are reducing a two lane drive way to a single driveway ma king it diffi ult to passist or to get ou of the praking bays.

I terms of evacuation plan during emergency situations it is not safe, it's very congested all day through therefore it is a very high security risk area.

Tonga Mall is a very helpful shopping center for the Communities around Tonga, and the nearby Villages. Phase 2 is now being built, and the Community wishes that "Super Spaar" must also be available at Tonga Mall too.
