  TLC Blinds came in to take the measurements at no charge for the office. The quote was sent the next day. As soon as the payment was made, they came to install the blinds on time, as per their 15 day lead time. The blinds are great quality and the installation was done superbly. Thank you!!

  Our re-carpeting project was very small, but very necessary. Ron came to our house as soon as he had a gap in his schedule to guide us and measure up. It is not often a client gets the owner of the business dealing with their project. Was a breath of fresh air to know he valued his clients and is very much hands on business owner. We discussed the ins and outs etc. We picked up samples from Nicky at their offices. Once we had made our choice Nicky scheduled our fitting. The removal and fitting went very smoothly and professionally. Thrilled with the result to say the very least. Thanks Ron and Team. Warmest Lisa,

  Brian from TLC is absolutely the best. We had moved into our new apartment and sent out requests for quotations to numerous suppliers of blinds, right at the outset.
  
  Brian was the first to contact us, the very next day. He set up an appointment for a few hours later and made an incredible first impression.
  
  Patiently and earnestly he explained to us the various options, making recommendations in line with our wishes and objectives. He was extremely informative, and gracious in answering my many questions as I sought to make the decision around what would best suit our budget and needs.
  
  My husband joined us a little later, and again Brian patiently and willingly took him through everything he explained to me.
  
  Brian followed up very soon thereafter with a quotation and a much welcomed discount.
  
  In spite of us having received quotations that beat the price of TLC, we felt a sense of loyalty and commitment to Brian and his firm, for the exemplary way he conducted himself and the excellence and integrity with which he did business.
  
  A wonderful, awesome, down to earth human being that only did wonders for representing TLC. Afters sales service is exceptional.

  We received good advice on a suitable choice of flooring for our new home.
  The visit for assessment and quotation was prompt and thorough.
  The installers were very competent and efficient.
  The end result is brilliant. Just what we were hoping for.
  The final price was exactly as per quotation.
  We could not ask for a better overall service from start to finish.
  Well done TLC Flooring !!!
