  Very disappointed with the service. We were not informed that the kitchen was having technical difficulties before ordering, the meal arrived with no chips or onion rings (the side that makes spur worth going to) and we were surprised that we had to speak to the manager to bargain for a complete meal. On another occasion we sat down and ordered, waited for over an hour for the order, until the waitress eventually said they were out of buns and we couldn't get our burgers

  Lighting isnt good, felt dark and dingy in there. Service is spotty, especially midweek during lunch when there's only one waitor/waitress on duty
