As usual, TWT never fails to impress, after ten years as a customer. It doesn't seem to matter whether you're in Joburg or Margate, the experience is the same. Courtesy, respect, good advice, coffee on tap, conscientious workmanship, prompt service and a reasonable charge for the work done. There are many big brands that could take more than a leaf out of TWT's book. I won't go anywhere else.
