Always enjoy Wanderers pub. The beer is cold, the people friendly. Food is typical pub fare, except for the pizzas which are really good!

Efficient, clean and wonderfully run facility.
Includes most sports activities, along with plenty of conference venues, which is demonstrated well by the frequency in which the complex is extremely busy. This does mean that finding parking is sometimes a bit difficult.
Restaurant inside also serves good, if expensive, food. As well as quality range of beers on tap and good decor.response / report this review -

I have excepted an invitation to come listen to Jack Powell talking on his book the presidents keepers. I find myself in a room full ofWhite men and only three are four black people. I could not believe that I was hardly 10 km from my own home. I think the club needs to attract all South Africans to join as members. At least I scored a copy of the book signed by the author himself. Every cloud does have a silver line after all.

Great venue for events, very beautiful and the food is awesome. We had great Valentine's outing with our church Grace Bible church. Memories for life.

Excellent venue-caters for any occasion you could think of-has superb array of function areas, friendly staff and able assist and suggest creative solutions-don’t be fooled though, you get what you pay for-no more, no less. The chefs and catering guys know their stuff and come highly recommended. Convenient location, easily found, ample parking and great security makes this a preferred banqueting spot.

A wonderful sports and events venue on Sandton's door step with an era gone by feel. The spacious rooms, beautiful lawns and gardens make for a spectacular event setting. Check their website for upcoming events.

Great conference venue.
Didn't see any hiccups being experienced in terms of the sound, slides etc.
Food is good.
There is a lot of space if you need to find somewhere to work in between sessions.
In fact the last time we were here, I was able to find a quiet place to dial into a War room conference call to resolve a data issue being experienced.response / report this review -

School function. Very pleasant - however they ran out of the "greens" on the main menu and took ages to supposedly rectify the matter. A second request revealed they were "cooking more". Not quite what I would expect. The starter was really lovely. Desserts were also lovely.

It's one of the greatest ♣ clubs available in South Africa, I enjoyed my time there and I truly like the fact that it has a hotel inside very convenient.

It's a club for the boys with the toys if you know what I mean. Go and have some fun, join the team and go roll a bowling ball on the grass.
