Maintainece is the biggest gap.service was great.mould on the wall ,broken windows by the bottom garden area, jacuzzi wasn't clean, and pool was dirty looked like it hadnt been treated in months.if they sort that out it's a winner of a placethe view is amazing!!!

It’s Easter weekend, and my husband and I decided at 12pm that we wanted to spoil ourselves after a long work week to a couple’s package. Jasmine the receptionist was so patient and accommodating, making plans to allow our last minute booking! Our therapists during our treatments were also extremely professional and good! We had a full body hot stone massage, facial and reflexology. Lungelo, Zethu, Lily were my therapists and they were superb. The only small recommendation would be to check and replace steamers, as mine wasn’t working, which caused a little delay. However, my therapist thought of a solution after trying to fix the steamer, and moved the steamer my husband was using to my side for my facial. We’re definitely coming back again!!

My experience at the spa on Fairway was phenomenal, service was great, massage was lovely. It was really a good day of relaxation. Would definitely be back. Good work keep it up.

Excellent massage and beauty therapists. Only downfall is that the spa buildings annd facilities require some renovation to ensure upmost feeling of quality and relaxation.

Had a fantastic day at The Spa. Treated vey well from start to finish. The spa itself and the surroundings were very conducive to relaxing (which we did and didn't want to leave). Thank you ladies for making our day enjoyable.
