  We are not smiling. Went in for a consultation/evaluation. They charged us R1,300 because they did an x-ray that was not needed and was not even done right (only half of the tooth in question was showing). If you charging R900 for an x-ray shouldn't you at least re-do it if you mess it up?The doctor suggested we just pull it out although it is a healthy tooth with a filling on the side and no root problems. Savages with x-ray machines in a fancy building if you ask me.

  My sister went for a tooth extraction and they were meant to prescribe antibiotics as her entire face was swollen. She couldn’t talk let alone open her mouth or swallow. The Doctor failed to do so. I’m extremely disappointed by the service we received. She had to consult a specialist 3 days later to find out that she had an infection, there were tooth pieces left behind and her gums were literally blue.

  I am extremely grateful and thankful to Dr. Sheryl Smithies for taking such care of me. I was totally comfortable with my dental treatment. I am usually terrified of dentists but I never felt like that at all! All the staff were professional and caring. I have never feel so calm and safe. Thank you to all at "The Smile Emporium". I will most certainly refer everyone I know.

  Going to the dentist has always been one of those things I have never liked to do but it has to be done. My whole experience with the Smile Emporium has been absolutely fantastic. From booking of the appointment and also having reminder calls prior to my appointment was very professional, I have had my teeth cleaned and had two fillings. The office is clean and while having the procedures I felt calm and relaxed throughout. I would recommend you guys to everyone

  for a profession with a bad name, mostly just imaginary, the entire experience here is delightful, relaxing and very professional. the dentist has steady hands, meticulous movements while drill out fillings. Best dentist practice I've been to in ages!!
