Wow what a great venue. Fantastic photo opportunities, staff was great helpful and of course very friendly . It reminded me soooo much of the KZN midlands. And the food best I ever had in my 5years of being a wedding photographer. Topnotch venue

Stunning wedding venue. Beautiful surroundings and amazing management made this a weekend to remember for our newly wedded friends. Be sure to see the pet deer too!

Probably one of the nicest wedding venues that I know. I've been to two weddings here and each one was unique in its own way. The scenery is breathtaking.

Most INCREDIBLE venue complete with Pine forest, Bluegum forest and a stunning chapel too! The owners are full of enthusiasm and they were always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Venue hall is elegant and beautiful. Guest lodges are cozy and all the necessities are included and well thought of (all food is self catering). Boma area for if you would like to braai as well! Magnificent horses to be seen on the property too. Winaarspoort turn off from the N4 to get to the venue is almost a 90° turn - take it slowly and take care not to miss it as it sneaks up on you.

The area is simply stunning - rolling hills and forests remind you of the English countryside. Forest chapel is gorgeous.
The rooms/cottages are tastefully decorated and well-sized. There is some room for improvement in the consistency of fittings, tiling etc but nevertheless a nice stay.
Take care when looking for the Winaarspoort road exit from the N4 - it is a tiny sharp side road that is easier to miss than to spotresponse / report this review -
