Never returned after he said he would. Stopped answering phone calls or messages. EDIT: The issues you mentioned in your reply wasn't even the issue at all after I had to find another company for help. I understand your situation, but you ignored my messages and calls for a few weeks.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about this guy compared to the other pool guys I've had in the past he's a 20/10, I won't use another pool company, I've recommended him to friends, they've never complained and my friends never stop complaining, he's reasonably priced, I'm going to keep recommending him, thank you poolice I appreciate you.

I had to get this pool fixed even though I am not working - and the owner, Brandon KNEW that - yet he didn't finish the job and completely ghosted me, not answering any calls and never showing up for appointments. He talks a big talk about service but doesn't deliver. Pathetic service and still the pool isn't fixed. He just took my money and ran.
