Really friendly and helpful staff. They showed compassion and sympathy when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog.

Staff are really friendly at this PDSA. It costs R100 to have your dog seen by the vet. The place is very clean too. Advise when bringing a puppy or cat to hold them as there are many sick animals that are brought in and you dont want them to pickup anything.. Patience and friendliness is the key here, so dont feel shy to chat with the person in the queue.

Can become a bit crowded at times as the reception area is quite small. Otherwise its a very professional and friendly environment. Excellent health care for all pets

I was there last week Tuesday with the 12 piece special. Working under pressure with little staff for month end and the special was taxing on the staff. Yes, they didn't handle everything 100% . They are human too. They managed to service the clientele present with dignity. When they saw time was running out on closing, they told clients that only sales already in their system can be honoured. Turning away clients is not what they want to do. However, one has to take into account their circumstances.

The staff work relentlessly for the animals. They charge less than ordinary veterinarians, hence the long wait (a good few hours).
They're doing an amazing job, helping animals within this community.
If you can, donate to this cause!
