  expensive for what you get. sugary icing and dence cake. if it was not for their brownies I would stop going there.

  The staff was friendly, the cappachino great.. Then some grumpy guy arrives and asks me to move so that they can pack away, 10 minutes before closing time.. Pity..

  I have always been a loyal customer to Pastry Works. I've recommended them to all my friends and family. I was very disappointed to find out on the day of my wedding that my wedding cake had fallen over in the car while they were delivering it. They brought in a dummie cake which was made out of polystyrene and covered with fondant and Roses we boughtThis cake was only delivered on the night of our wedding during our speeches and it was very awkward to cut and eat for the pictures and we couldn't share anything with our guests as there was no actual wedding cake. Initially they refused to give us a refund and wanted to settle on giving us 25% of the money back as we struggled to get our money back and we still didn't get the full refund. This whole situation took a special part of our wedding away from us. Due to this unforseen event I won't be supporting Pastry works again. If the customer service from Pastry works side was sincere and not full of attitude , we wouldn't have been so unhappyand could've settled on much better terms.

  Really great place i go to often, the meringues are HUGE and really great, also if you love millionare shortbread i do recommend trying theirs
