  A very relaxing mall, with a great view across Table Bay and Robben Eiland. Neighbourhood feel, but with the sophistication of a cosmopolitan mall.

  All the essentials and seems to always be easy to park. The Spar and Woolworths will cover 99% of everything you need. The restaurants are all good and the small play area (suitable for up to 10's) is a good, if temporary distraction.

  I love the mall its small and intimate. it's got a few coffee shops, Cellphone shops hairdresser , grocery stores etc. great for business meetings .

  Strangely build up higher than the surrounding parking area, which makes for a handsome building, but also affects easy access. Nice range of basic grocery shops to choose from, as well as some coffee shops and entry level restaurants. Seems to be clean and well run. Good parking.

  Very convenient, could use a hardware store and please stop charging R2 to use the restrooms
  Rather raise the rent from your tenants and accommodate for the people who shop there, duh (y)
