  Totally disappointed!!! Rooms were nice but for self-catering it lacked basic necessities like knives, forks, spoons, plates, etc. And then to top it all off with no warning the restaurant does not open and no one is seen or heard from for the whole weekend.

  I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE LOOKOUT AGAIN. I MAKE A BOOKING 3 WEEKS AGO AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE PLACE IS CLOSING AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2015. WHEN WE ARRIVE THERE THE PRICE THAT THEY QUOTE US WAS NOT THE RIGHT PRICE SO THEY TELL US IT IS MORE AND WE CANNOT EAT THERE. WHEN WE COME IN THE ROOM IT WAS SO FULL OF DUST AND DIRTY. THE BULBS IN THE BATHROOM DID NOT WORK. WHEN I WANT TO GO FOR A BATH THERE WAS A SCORPION IN THE BATH. THAT TELL ME THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED BEFORE THEY PUT US IN THERE. THAT WAS REALLY DISGUSTING AND I WILL REALLY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS THE SERVICE THAT WE GET THERE.
  BUT NOW WE FIND A MUCH NICER PLACE IN TOWN AND WILL GO BACK THERE SOON.
  LOOKOUT OWE US AN APOLOGY BECAUSE THEY LET US TRAVEL ALL THE WAY FOR A DIRTY ROOM AND NOTHING MORE.
  GOOD LUCK IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE FIRST ASK THEM IF IT IS CLEAN AND IF THE RESTAURANT IS OPEN.

  Top 3 Tbone steak I've eaten. Ever. Their central fireplace is also really interesting. And the view from the verandah of the citrus plantations below is spectacular in the late afternoon

  5 star. excellent a must for any person that wants to get away. Beeing a person that travels allot and only seeking the best quality and allso a party planner the look out can be proud on there service. I must just add the best asset to the look out are Salome the manager what a fantastic person. We will come back a time after time. my score 10/10 and 5 *****. thanks Peter Harry
