It is the best private hospital which King Zwelithini of the Zulu Nation does regular checks, everything is top notch , service and medical team are best at their job
The hospital is clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the coffee shop is not good at all. Very pricy, the service is bad and the food dry and tateless!
My wife to be was recently admitted for delivery. lovely place.
I'm looking for ganiery doctors from bay hospital
Seems ok so far, with some areas for improvement. Could do with a bit of customer service training for some employees.
Place is well kept though, looks clean and appealing.
Not as efficient as it used to be yesterday my friend got there at 4pm having left guardian clinic for better service at the bay only to get full attention at 10pm
I think they need more staff, otherwise...their accountable when you've finally got their attention.
A good hospital but too small to service a big community
I am a person born and bread in Richards bay but today I'm ashamed to tell people that. My friends wife was diagnosed by Dr Keble with a liver infection and she was put on immediate anti-biotic since this was a matter of emergency. To my sad surprise she was never counselled about the situation. Nevertheless the doctor booked her for an appointment for 20February2014.
Unfortunately she received an sms from the doctors office saying that the doctor is still on holiday and she must book another appointment. When she called the doctors office the receptionist was very un-accommodating and told her she can only get the 16th of April 2014. What is most worrying is that from the research we have done for selves we know how delicate the liver is and now she has been told to wait another 2 months to see a doctor and we pray by the grace of Grace God she will still be alive to even the doctor.
I urge the hospital to contact Dr Keble and maybe book her to another specialist to check up on her.
