Good stock of products, however, avoid their online shop. I have yet to fully receive my order that was placed in December 2017 (Three months have passed) and when i call for an update i get the same promise that my products will be delivered shortly.

Prefer their old premises. But still plenty of games and comics. Helpful attendants in store. But smaller selection than their old hilcrest premises.

Great vibe and hangout for intelligent youngsters who want to enjoy time with similar kids. They sell dungeons and dragons type of items such as figurines which you can paint, comics, board games and such like. There is a gaming area and games are hosted several times a week. A small cafeteria facility is on site.

Always a stop when we go to Hillcrest. Toilet facilities and restaurants nearby. You get to play various games and meet new people. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I try and stop by The Batcave whenever I am in the region as I always receive good service. Staff has also been willing to get the items I need that they might not have. For any board games, card games or other related items look no further. They also have an online store.

I have been trying to get into contact with the staff of the batcave to place an order for the past month and they have never replied to my emails or my facebook messages, a few months back whenever I placed an order and was told it will be coming in on a specific day I phoned on that day to check if it had arrived and to make payment however my order was always sold to someone else before they even sent me an invoice to make payment, lastly the first few times I placed an order and payment was made when I received the order the wrong items have been sent and I was always told they shall send the right order which never happened. The batcave gives more problems then anything else and I will never support them again

A spacious and cool game shop with a large area for playing with, over a dozen tables and a wide selection of games. Gareth seemed very friendly and they had various pop culture items. There comic selection was not as broad as their games but they had recognisable titles. Worth the visit.
