  I ordered a few stuff in september, did not receive anything when I enquired about my order trough email they said that little shop is closed I can't get hold of them through any other ways to get my refund back

  If you don't like sloppy service don't waste your time with That Little Shop. Ordered a gift online on 20 Feb 2017. The email stated it would be delivered by 2 Mar 2017. On 8 March I enquired on the delivery and was informed it would be received from manufacturers on 9 March. It is the duty of the supplier to inform the client of delays not the other way round. I asked the shop to confirm it has been received and delivered on 9 March 2017. Today is the 10th Mar 2017, and still no feedback from the shop.
  
  I once ordered from a completely newly set up shop and received the order the next day. That was luck. Don't be like me, read reviews before ordering.

  Terrible service from this shop. First they got confused with the shipping method. Then they substituted the product I ordered, against my specific instruction and only notified me 10 days after my initial order. Now, a few days short of a month later, they have just refunded me, without any explanation. It is two weeks before the event I needed the items for. Don't rely on this company if you need items for an event.

  Very poor communication and service, I have ordered from That Little Shop twice now and both time there has been a issue with the order. The first order they substituted stock, I was not consulted about this or even notified before the delivery. The second order some items were not delivered. Again I was not notified about this and they were actually surprised when I said I didn't receive the complete order, I was told they would look into this. I had to follow up twice before I was told there is a stock issue with the supplier and they will refund me. Very disappointing
