Pools & all change rooms in bad condition. R150/person per day as day visitor really outragious!!!!

We were a group of 16 that visited for the day 05.12.2017. The private road down to the camp was in very poor condition. The paving road inside the camp was floaded with water no drainage and mud everywhere. Pools were dirty. The service was really poor in the morning when we got there the language the lady used at reception was in very poor taste. Roads down to the crocks and mud holes totally washed away and undriveable. Pool table seems to be no more, trampoline has gone just a big hole left behind. Looked in on the spa baths and oh my i cant believe the poor condition. The overall condition of the place is very poor. I myself am a regular visitor to thangami and what i saw they wont be seeing me in a hurry again. For what we paid and what we recieved.. Well they wont be seeing me again.

We went there for a day visit as a group of 16 people. Poorly maintained facilities. Dirty toilets. Lunch time was not adhered to.
The manager/supervisor Santie was rude, she used swear words when talking to the group. Horrible customer service. We had to pay R800 extra, unnecessarily.
I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

This is one of the best place I ever visited in my Life. I mean everything is just AWESOME and natural. I actually knew the place whilst I was still in primary and swear I will take my kids to the place one day.

Stunning venue, poor management.

Stayed in the honeymoon suite for 2 nights near the end of December:
- No towels on arrival, dirty verandah area, jacuzzi didn't work, plug was broken, Shower glass had huge crack in it.
- They emptied both main pools on our 2nd day for cleaning, meaning they were almost full by the next dayneedless to say we couldn't use either during our stay.
- Still waiting for our deposit to be paid back to useit's now been 2 weeks!!

Won't go back there.
