  Pathic service from the staff. No warm welcome.No one is never at the reception,you need to search for the staff. Because of I wedding the staff totally ignored the rest of the guests. The lady at the shop doesn't even know the prices of the products.The place is very neat and clean but the service is definitely not 4 star worth. If the staff just cared for their guests this place would be wonderful.

  Management recently changed and are really going out of their way to improve the place. Great facilities. The private bathrooms in the campsite are a huge plus, and so is the cost per site. Well maintained pools, etc

  Visted the place on the 10-12feb 2017it was 10 of us,we were celebrating my other friends birthday so decided to come here because we liked the placewe enjoyed everything the pool was nice the chalet was beautiful,everything was perfect until dis guy called Willem started to be rude and hard to deal with came to us..thiu we dint knw what was his pblm,we could say he didn't want us there if we knew better,anyway not everyone was like him,Thanks to Themba the bar man for being nice and caring,

  Catheleen & Neels Beyer, Gerald, Lettie, JP and the rest of your crew what an awesome welcome and 4 days camping experience. (Your spot in the bush should, quite frankly, be kept a secret.)
  We feel so privileged to have been your first campers in your brand new camp site and certainly look forward to seeing the finished product soon.
  Thank you for your kind hospitality and genuine friendship - top score 12/10 - highly recommended.
