Pathetic service all round.
Flight was approx. 45 mins, took 35 mins to get the car.
Only one agent to assist during peak time.
Agent insists that he needs bank account number to book car out on cheque account card.
All personal details needed to be given verbally to agent- details that could have been verified forehand at the point of booking.
