Deeply disappointed with this workshop turn around time. There are only two Mercedes Benz approved repair shops in Durban and they belong to the same company. Basically they have monopoly in Durban and this places customers at a disadvantage having only them as an option to repair their vehicle. To repair a bumper spoiler and respray a bumper is taking over two weeks! Not acceptable.

Despite being welcomed on site the remainder of the dealings I had with Technostar were very disappointing. Promises of returning calls and following up that never happened. I have had to chase for almost 2 weeks to simply get a copy of my quote. My calls have been escalated to management and I have been assured that my calls will be returned but, surprise surprise, nothing has happened, I am still waiting on my quote and I am still having to chase for an answer. Update. I am still waiting. I am still following up as no further feedback. Never mind the fact that nobody has contacted me, the quote was never even submitted to insurance!!! Such negligence and bad service from a prescribed service providerPOOR!!!

Extreamly poor service. Car was delayed for 2 months due to errors on technostar 's side. Incompetent staff. Poor communication between staff and clients. Unable to stick to deadlines and promises. Poor workmanship on collection of vehicle. Not a company I would ever recommend.

Not worthy of a single star rating! Very unreliable and unprofessional. They NEVER meet deadlines or promised dates of delivery. They simply give positive feedback with a "'BUT'' to buy more time to compensate for their incompetence and poor organisational skills.
