Access control a bit of a pain. Not much to do except watch a looping ad on the single TV while standing in queue. Unpleasant experience as their 'system was down'. Rather spend the extra R60 and get your product delivered.

Getting in is a bit of an effort with the security checkpoint, but that's probably a good thing.

There were recent update in Operational times for collection from 8:30-20:00 to 8:30-18:00 without any communication sent to buyers. I had to take a detour thinking I will be collecting my goods but the only things I accomplished was wasting my time and fuel.

Takealot is generally very convenient and electronically their service is great. Unfortunately, all the good is easily forgotten when you have to return an item and get met with an employee who has a severe attitude.
