This institution is a waste of time, they are unprofessional. They don't take matters seriously. Or take any responsibility for their mistakes. The staff don't know how do their work. All they care about is that the fees are paid on time. I would not recommend anyone to go to institution.

Hi, can I please get someone who will assist me urgently before I take the matter to the department of education. I’ve been paying for my son’s school fees R1500 every month, today I sent a driver to get a report on my behalf all I got it’s was a lady from the reception telling me I’m owing so I can not get the report for my son who is doing grade 3. Is that allowed to refuse with the report of the child. Worse part I’ know for sure the balance they are talking about that I’m owing I’m not owing it. Instead of calling me and ask for the proof of payment to be matched with all this allegations I ended up not getting the report.

I am so fuming because I have been asking for the school fees statement they had been giving wrong figures. I want to know if my so passed and I need the whole year school fees.

Taal-Net Randburg campus is NOT a good school, don't even waste your money!
    1. Classes are 30min(Too short)
    2. We(rewrites) don't have a History, Geography and Agricultural teacher he has been away for 3weeks now and no substitute teacher was organized for us.
    3. An exam was postponed for sports day, imagine.
    4. We are told exams start at 8 but we have to wait until 9 to recieve question papers.

There are a whole lot of things other classmates would add, it's not a good school just expensive.

I am very disappointed in the service received from TaalNet.
I am still awaiting textbooks N2 MILLWRIGHT to be delivered after how many e-mails and telephonic requests. The July exam is around the corner and NO BOOKS has been sent to the student yet. Thus I will have to opt for the November Exam which was not my intention.

I will really not advice anyone to use TaalNet for distance learning.
On 01/06/2017 I have asked fore the books to be delivered to my work address, I am still waiting ..
NO-ONE from TaalNet has event tried to call me t hear if I have received the study material yet, I had to call and e-mail all the time. I am not very happy!!!

Do NOT use this school, they offer classes that do not exist, they make promises regarding the classes and once you have paid the money over to them only then tell you that these classes are not available, they refuse to refund money after you have paid for these classes that do not exist and refuse to provide any form of feedback to either the parents or the students!!! I have been waiting for 8 months for a refund and have been told that I must approach the small claims court to get a refund of money that is owed to me!! They are liars and frauds!!
