Good service and very helpful staff. Very pleasant waiting area and was served the best coffee I have had in a long time. I arrived without appointment and was helped within minutes. Had two new tyres fitted in less than half hour before I had finished my coffee.
Great price on new tyres.

Disorganised, provided partial information on remedy; took a booking and then told me when I arrived that they were too busy, wasting my time and money. Refused to apologise or make amends, or even admit that they had not managed the interaction professionally.
