I am so dissappointed with the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this funeral parlour no humanity what so ever the receptionist is very rude , i need birthdate and deathdate of my grandfather who was buried at the palour because we need it for a tombstone since his documents got burnt yet i had given the guy the full names , address n year of passing but he couldnt assist cos they dont operate like other funeral parlours .please improve ypur level of service cos you transacting with human for Godsake.

Their offices are clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful. They conducted my mother's funeral in a respectful and dignified manner. From fetching her body from Mpumalanga to Soweto. I am happy with the service received from Tshebedisano, keep up the good work.
