Super efficient, friendly staff, adhering to all safety protocols. Processing paperwork and biometrics took about 25 minutes. Confirmation of submission of application was sent by email later in the day. A really good experience.

This Company is the UK Governments appointed supplier for Visa biometrics. Hence they are a monopoly and can charge ridiculous fees for absolutely minimum work.

Disappointing communication from TLS and unfortunately they were completely unable to assist with changing an appointment date requiring a proof of payment email even though payment was to be made at the appointment and therefore I would not have received that email. The person who called to confirm my appointment didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the system. However, once past the front desk, the personnel were efficient and knowledgeable. I was advised that even though you may have booked an appointment for a specific time, they book three appointments for the same time and accept walk ins, so there is more or less a first come first serve approach and I recommend going with some time to spare. My appointment was at 09:00 but I was only seen after 10:00.

Went to do my Biometric fingerprint and picture scan for my Australian Visa. Place is fast and efficient. Although i arrived before my official appointment time, i was still accommodated. Lots of security around to show you where to sit and wait. The waiting time wasnt very long. Staff are professional (not the friendliest but i didnt mind since they got the job done quickly) .
