  They have very bad ratings on Google reviews, I should have known. I asked for a package to be collected in Umhlanga to be delivered in Cape Town. I called the company at 1pm and was assured it would be picked up by end of business day. Not only was the package not collected but I wasn't informed. Secondly the company took very little responsibility and the matter was treated very cavalier. I'm extremely disappointed and curious how this company is still in business with this level of unprofessionalism.

  Fantastic service at the receiving Depot in Durban, Riverhorse.
  The staff went the extra mile to assist me. The only name I got was Wiseman, but all were fantastic. They worked together to get my packages processed efficiently. I hope this follows through to delivery in Cape Town.
