Lovely place, with nursery, restaurant and charming shop selling local stuff. The environment is very relaxed. Great for a family outing. The menu is satisfactory, with a wide selection.

The food was good, but this place is a shadow of what it used to be. I found the gardens unattended to, but there was a storm in town a week ago, which might explain the state it is in. The waiter was excellent but service from the kitchen is slow. It doesn’t seem like the petting zoo for children is open anymore and the shop doesn’t have nearly the variety of items that it had a couple of years ago. Nursery is beautiful. Please clean your ponds, especially the one in the main bird cage where the pigeons are. The water has gone so bad that it is actually starting to smell. It seems like the sports bar that was at the restaurant is also closed. My overall experience was not bad, but I find it sad to see what this place has become, a shadow of its former self.

The service was relatively slow, but we had been forewarned that service would be slow during peak times. The venue is beautiful with lots of places for children to explore, which made the wait far more bearable. The WHEEL DEAL burger delivers on its promise of being for the hungry and I can recommend it if you have a hearty appetite

Restaurant food was good and fresh. Found the gardens untended and many cages (birds, etc) within the gardens empty and not tended. A pity as we were taken there specially to see this lovely place.
