Clean and well stocked, but bakery disappoints. Good butchery but no deli meat counter. Good parking and readily accessible

Excellent, this Spar has a huge array of products, the staff is helpful and friendly. The only reason why I withheld one star is because the lady at the meat counter only gave me 93grms of topside mince when I asked her for 1kg! !!!!!!!

Equivalent to a simpler, well equipped spar you would find in Johannesburg - a lot of defrosted frozen chicken sold at the butchery counter (which I'm not sure I understand), but we found a beautiful thick rump and prego flavoured chicken, and they had a few nice prepared veg packs. The location is really peaceful too.

I was starving and got a sandwich, water, wafer ice cream, and some zoo cookies from this spar. The zoo cookies were delicious, until I realized I am no longer 10 and it's way too sweet The ice cream had a lot of ice on the wafer which wasn't that great And the sandwich had processed cheese on it
As I said, I was starving so it had to make do. The water was great as always, Aquelle is the best (in my humble opinion).response / report this review -

Dirty, Rotten smells, Drunk people blocking entrance, staff on tills super Unfriendly dont even see manager!! Then birds flying over open food disaster waiting to happen

Bought lamb and T-bone steak which had bad smell even though it was still a week before its sell by date. Ended up not eating it because it turned green within a few hours of buying. Also bought yoghurt and cheese only to find out later it was beyond its sell by date. Also a dirty shop.
