  Stayed at Cascades Hotel. Nice place but man the staff are incompetent. Stuffed up our booking (which was confirmed) so our kids were not even in an adjacent room but we're on a different floor! Seemed fairly indifferent & blamed the travel agent. Ended up giving us 2 rooms next to each other but no communication between them. The next day we transferred our own luggage to the new rooms as there was no chance we would have got it if we relied on hotel staff. Others in our travelling party still had no luggage after returning from dinner at 9pm (their 4 year old needed to go to bed). The whole resort complex is nice but spoiled by too many idiots behaving badly.

  We love coming to the Cabanas at Sun City. The staff are very helpful and friendly always smiling. The breakfast are a delight so much to choice from. The rooms are always clean.

  Making sure all customers get the best of service is an understatement. Be warned a five star hotel will never have the same meaning again once you've been here. They cater for all ages, from night clubs to animal farms to swimming pools to fast food abs exotic dining. You cannot go wrong

  With its unique and modern African experience this place puts the cherry on top of Sun International's Sun City. Just like any other mall this place had it all, from food of a vast variety to shopping and entertainment. Let Sun Central thrill you.
