One star isn’t even low enough!!!

I bought a demo vehicle (12 100km, 2017 Polo TSI) from this dealership which I returned with a defect 5 TIMES and was still not repaired correctly!

On reconciling my tracker for month end, I have now seen that a total of 02h51m of driving was done in my vehicle while allegedly “stripped” in their maintenance department!

The car was returned, allegedly repaired. Yet when I tried to drive straight, the steering wheel had to be placed about 15-20 out of alignment.

5 repair attempts, still no success!!!

Don’t think that the “escalation” of your review will elicit any major change. Not even the involvement of the likes of VW SA influenced any outcomes.

Despicable service standards, absolutely abhorrent maintenance - DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I have only ever received outstanding service from this dealership. I have ensured that vehicles are sent to them only for services. The dealer principal will not hesitate to get involved if there is a need for this.

Pathetic after sales service. Quite unhappy with the fact that the staff don't answer calls and don't return calls either. Service is not a priority here. Don't expect much so as to avoid disappointment.

Great service, friendly people and an awesome dealership to service at. Only problem, last service my electronic gate opener disappeared from my keys. I contacted them and they said that they did not find any evidence that it got stolen from my keys. Will I service again at Strijdom Park? well I'll give them one more chance.

They are friendly f2f and offer muffins amd coffee upon arrival, yet their sense of urgency, responsibility for service provided and a general "taking pride in their work" is lacking.

They "pass the buck" and expected the client to resolve the issue instead of being helpfull and willing to see what they can do.
