Took my car in for service the guys started working on the car right away when I got my car back it felt and sounded fantastic the acceleration, power all in sync thanks to Roy and the team.
Took my wife's car there after the agents quoted R16 000 for repairs. SAC found the problem and repaired for a total of R800! Clean and neat workshop. Well organised front desk.
I was extremely disappointed. My Volvo S40T5 is out of motor plan this year and I decided to use Steve's Auto Clinic as they claimed that they are accredited to do Volvo. I opted for a intermediate service and was quoted to do the work. The car was dropped off at the Clinic at 08h00 and I was phoned at 14h45 to inform me of issues with parts and it was going to cost a whole lot more than what was quoted. At that stage no work was done on my car. I picked up my car at 16h45 and when I arrived the car was already washed and ready for collection which to me indicates the car was rushed through the service and I was billed for 3 hours labour. I was not given any details of the 35point check and is not sure it even took place. Not a very professional service experience at all and I wonder why I bothered to get a quote upfront and booked the car a week ahead?
