While watching Blank Panther in the middle of the movie the screen just goes blank. 5 mins later someone comes inside the cimena and tells us not to panic they are fixing the problem. 10 Mins later still no movie. I decide to go look for answers. I find a very rude and unprofessional man telling me the customer to relax. We are later given lousy re-admission tickets. You will never ever see me at Mayonya Sterkinekor ever. Appauling service!!!’

Expecting the best movie ever and it turns to the worst 2h30 of my day, 1st and foremost the popcorns were the worst I make better popcorns on the pan on my stove, they were stail couldn't even finish them atleast the slushy was perfect, then I pay to watch black Panter but the lighting in the cinema was way off the movie so dark couldn't enjoy anything had to stand up and go close the door they left open, while having no monitor to control the so called '' chatters'' (lack of a better word) with degrees in social networking

Worst Ster-Kinekor ever. Popcorn is always stale. Workers are rude, service is slow. Cinema is old and not always clean.

I wasn't happy with the service at all. There was a lady, I think she was the manager or something,she was helping the two guys who were slow at the tills. She served us, she was very rude, she spilled the drink outside the cups and didn't even clean,our cups were dripping Coke. On top of that, the coke tasted like it was diluted with water. Then we had to sit out side for quite a while waiting for the cinema to be cleaned. So annoying.

I frequent this place, this past weekend was with my daughter and happened to enter the theater whilst it was dark & had to use torches. Was surprised at how dirty the seats where! We endede up sitting nearer the screen coz of the filthy seats in the back row! And no one came to close the doors when the movie started. Socks up Maponya Ster-Kernikor!
