  My friend and I walked into the Steers Heidelberg Mall @ 7:50pm we stood at the counter trying to decide what we wanted. The lady behind the counter ignored us and avoided eye contact. When we tried to order she told us they were closed, but the doors were wide open and patrons were sitting eating and the kitchen was still busy. We walked out of the Steers at 8pm. I find this unacceptable to be ignored because it is close to closing. If the trading hours are for example 8am to 5pm any person that arrives at the establishment between 8am and 5pm should be served. Doors locked and lights off should only happen after the stipulated closing time, NOT before. I'm very disappointed as this Steers has only been open a year and already the service is terrible.
