Golden Maharaj a good place to have lunch. Excellent service

Only place we stop to fill up on our way down the N3 and then back up. The restrooms are kept neat and clean. There is a shop to stock up and get food as well as 2 other restaurants, one used to be Half Way but is now Kay-lo (I might have misspelled that) the other is Maharaj's, do NOT stop here without tasting their food, heavenly and Charmaine is a wonderful hostess.

There is a cool shop that sells traditional African products (art, ornaments etc).

Nice stop to refresh but be aware early mornings and late afternoons it might be cold and I found it to be windy at times as well, so keep a jacket at hand.

It might be one of the oldest stops on the N3 and not as busy as the other stops. It is clean and the service is friendly and fast. The toasted sandwiches were fantastic with lots of melted stringy cheese. We will rather stop there.

Nice surprise. We usually just go right on by, but recently made a stop there. Friendly people and clean. Make a point of supporting the local crafts on displaythey really make unique items of good quality and you can barter.

Having breakfast at Maharaj's was the best option! The presentation of the food was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return.
