  Pathetic service, your qs are outside in the parking, in the cold and wind. Pay so much banking fees for a professionals account to have no benefits.

  One teller open for December crowds. This is poor planning. We where told a second teller was opening. That was at 5 minutes ago and still only one teller. The ques at at least 20 people deep all over the bank and no one seems to care about moving things on.
