  I just want to start off by saying the employees are quite nice and that's why I didn't give it a 1 star rating.
  
  But...
  
  So I ordered a card and they told me it would arrive in 5 to 7 workdays, and they would SMS me when it arrived. It was time sensitive so I went and asked on the 4th day if it arrived, I counted wrong and thought it was the 5th day, so my mistake. Then I went and asked the next day, wasn't there yet. So I decided to just wait for the SMS, like a normal person.
  
  On the 7th day, which was a Friday, I realised my card should be there by now and I checked the closing time on Google Maps, which is 5 o'clock. I decide to go check if it's there yet. They were closed at half past 3, but the employees were still finishing up, so I asked if my card had arrived.
  
  It did but they couldn't do anything because the system was already off.
  
  What the hell? Why didn't they SMS me in the first place? Now I have to wait until Monday to get my card.
  
  Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
