Helpful staff from the shelves, to the pay-points. Advise regarding my oven light, a battery for my LED light. I got a nice personalised tip in the tool section and was glad to see they have stock of the (rare) Festool brand. Thank you, keep up the great service. PS. I got my Mica card here, on the spot.)

Has stock of everything you need for your DIY projects and more, prices aren't great, parking can be an issue at times but they are open on Sundays which is a major plus
Also its somewhat of an institution in Durbanville

Lousy as usual.I had to take keys to be cut twice yesterday because they can't be bothered to do it right the first time. Apparently have had an equipment issue from last week that is still not fixed. They have more staff than any other hardware shop I have ever been in, yet I think they come to work to hang around in groups instead of serving customers. Look quite irritated when having to interrupt their chat for a customer query. Send one from pillar to post when asking for assistance. Never had a good experience in 8 months and despite numerous complaints to Emma, Steven has yet to call me back. Taking my business to Builder's Express even though it is out of my way. Not going to spendy hard earned money for never mind bad service, no customer service.

Spiros is a great Hardware store to find a bit of everything, from tools to sanitary wear, plants and pots to braai must haves.
And bonus they are right in the heart of Durbanville

Dishonest. Staff only interested in making a sale regardless of what the client may need. Staff are liars. So so shocking. Not a place to visit if you would like value for your hard earned money. Bad service.
