Absolutely excellent service from the staff. A little bit of a wait for an appointment, I had to book a week and a half in advance, but well worth it! Arrived shortly before my appointment, was warmly welcomed and the paperwork quickly dealt with. I barely had time to take out the work I’d brought with me in case of a delay and I was called in. Seen by an thorough and professional optometrist, who very kindly explained every step of the way. Once it was clear new glasses were needed, I was kindly helped with picking out frames that suited my face and needs by a kind assistant with a keen eye for aesthetics. The whole process took less than an hour, and I walked away in awe of the excellent customer service. It may be a franchise, but the care I received was impeccable!
